The most common question we hear is “How many Cryo T-Shock treatments will I need?”.
That all varies because everyone’s body is different. You’ll notice some changes right away even after the first treatment, for example, anti-aging facial, your face/skin immediately feels and looks tighter. After a fat removal treatment on your abs, you may begin to see an overall reduction in size, the start of definition in areas as well as your pants feeling a little less tight as soon as 2 to 3 weeks. Some areas may take up to 10 treatments or more to see results. Fat cells are not hard to kill, they are very receptive to cold as opposed to other cells in your body so the great part of this is that we can get to those fat cells, destroy them so they crystallize and then your body will naturally flush them out.
To further accelerate your results, all our packages include our Rapid Reboots to help with Lymphatic Drainage as well as providing limited sessions of our Cocoon Infrared Sauna Pod. Our other services, such as our NovoThor Wellness light bed and our Whole Body Cryotherapy sauna are both great add-ons to your T-Shock treatments. Our NovoThor red light therapy helps reduce the size of fat cells and is great for the skin. The Cryotherapy will help further tighten your skin, assists in detox and burns calories.
Your lifestyle plays a large role in the results as well: Having a healthy diet; exercising regularly; performing the protocols; taking advantage of all our other services at the Spa. The Cryo T-Shock is a great tool for assisting in fat cell removal, we talk about inch loss and not necessarily weight loss. What you do outside of your treatments plays a critical role in the success of your results. Below are some tips for before and after treatments.
Tips BEFORE your Treatment:
1 – Drink 64 to 100 ounces of water
2 – Do not eat any sugars or carbs 2 hours prior to treatment
3 – Do not sauna or take a hot shower or exercise right before you come for your treatment
4 – Avoid wearing any lotions or perfumes on area being treated
5 – Wear loose-fitting clothing
Tips AFTER your Treatment
1 – Drink 64 to 100 ounces of water after your treatment
2 – Exercise regularly – have a good mix of cardio and resistance training. Pagani strongly recommends vigorious exercising for 30-60 minutes following each treatment to aid the body’s metabolic elimination processes.
3 - Avoid sugars and carbs for 24 hours after a treatment (fruit, candy, alcoholic beverages, potatoes, etc)
4 – Use our Lymphatic Compression Boots during and/or immediately following your treatment, especially if you are unable to exercise immediately following treatment.
